About Me
I’m Liam, and in the past three years, I’ve helped over 400 athletes make weight safely, from amateur fighters to professionals.
I’ve been immersed in combat sports since I was 5, training in Kyokushin Karate, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so I understand the physical and mental demands of fight camp.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, practical strategies, and a deep understanding of combat sports to help athletes perform at their best, make weight safely, and recover efficiently.
I am a registered sports nutritionist holding two degrees in nutrition and have spent 1000’s of hours studying to help fighter put theory into practice.
